Critter Camp Online Enrollment

Application Instructions

  1. Click the link to open the enrollment application: 2016 Critter Camp Application PDF form
  2. Complete the necessary fields (those outlined in red are required), and save the completed form to your computer. If enrolling two children, please repeat steps 1 and 2 before proceeding. If you have trouble accessing the electronic signature, please note: unsigned applications will be accepted, but must be signed by the parent or guardian on the first day of camp before the child can be dropped off.
  3. Fill out the form below, uploading your application(s) in the place provided. After you submit this form, you will be directed to another page to pay and complete your enrollment.
  4. An application must be completed for each child. You may attach 2 forms below, and pay for up to 2 campers on the next page.
  5. See below to enroll in person at VHS or by mail.
