Wine & Wags at Vasco Row

Friendly dogs and their wine-loving owners will want to sit and stay in Livermore Valley wine country on April 14 for Wine & Wags at Vasco Row. Nine wineries have partnered with five East Bay animal rescues to host a day of wine tasting, dog adoptions and fun for man and his best friend at the intersection of South Vasco Road and Research Drive in Livermore.

Ticket holders will receive a pet-safe, plastic GoVino wine glass and enjoy two wine pours at each participating winery. Food and pet-themed gifts will be available for purchase at many locations.

Thanks to the involvement of local rescues, many dogs seeking homes will be available for adoption at wineries during the event. Guests are encouraged to bring their friendly, leashed dogs to enjoy the day, but pets are not required for admission.

Tickets are $45. Twenty five percent of proceeds from ticket sales will be divided among the participating rescue organizations.
