Persephone

Jul 14, 2024

Persephone came to Valley Humane Society along with her goddess sisters, Hera, Athena, and Aphrodite, in April. They were surrendered as a group when their original owner had a few too many cats. Persephone is such a sweet cat, and her new guardians discovered that right away.

They brought her home in early May and renamed her Willow.

New parent Alex wrote us an email to let us know how it’s been going:

“We love our kitty – there is no competition in the house so she gently rules the roost. She is talkative, likes to be in the same room as us, plays her little heart out in the morning and then chills for the rest of the day often in our laps. We got VERY lucky with this cat. She may well be the best cat we have ever had.”

Sounds like you are having an epically good new chapter, Willow!
