Dog-Friendly Wineries
Valley Humane Society is grateful for the support we receive from the local winegrowers community here in the Tri-Valley. From participation in community events like Wine & Wags and Yappy Hour, to our partnerships with Darcie Kent Vineyards on their DogDay label and Ruby Hill Winery on Cuvée Dray, the enthusiasm for our lifesaving programs has made a tremendous impact in the lives of countless animals. If you’re looking to enjoy an afternoon of wine tasting with your four-legged companion, view this list of dog-friendly wineries courtesy of the Livermore Valley Winegrowers Association. Cheers!
Pet Loss Support Group
The death of a companion animal can be devastating, sometimes even causing greater pain than the death of a human family member. Guilt over this, or the decision to euthanize a pet, may add to the suffering. The Tri-Valley Community Pet Loss Support Group creates a safe place to share memories, learn the grieving process, and find ideas to memorialize a pet.
