AniMealsWe would much rather see pets in homes than in shelters. That’s why Valley Humane Society operates AniMeals, a pet food pantry that provides regular free meals for the dogs and cats of seniors and low-income families. Read this great article about our collaboration with Meals on Wheels delivery.

Donations of wet or dry dog and cat food are always accepted, even if opened or recently expired, and can be dropped off at VHS during open hours. Pet-related items such as litter, treats, and toys are also needed.

Volunteer opportunities with AniMeals are ongoing; please contact Volunteer Programs Manager Shoshannah Reed for more information.
