Chowhound

Jul 21, 2024

Chowhound came to Valley Humane in mid December last year as a shy, sweet young adult. After spending the holidays in a loving foster home and receiving his neuter surgery at the Phil Scholz Veterinary Surgery Center, Chowhound was adopted by his new family and renamed Woody.

His new mom, Leah, wrote to us and let us know how it’s been going:

“Woody is doing great. He is best friends with our young cat Beans, they enjoy sleeping together, playing and wrestling. Woody has really come out of his shell and enjoys fetching, car rides, walks along the river, and hanging out at the local brewery. All and all we are thrilled with him, he has fit in perfectly in our home.”

Sounds like a fantastic life of adventure, Woody! We are so happy for you.
