Tax season is nearly over, and it’s time for a little spring cleaning. Our panel will walk you through the initial steps to sprucing up and organizing (or getting started on!) your legacy. Before you file away all those related documents, learn how to plan for next tax year’s charitable giving. We’ll discuss:
- Cleaning up the financial documents and accounts that are part of your legacy giving plan
- Ways to increase your giving with an eye to achieving itemized tax deductions
- FREE new tools and forms to help create and maintain your legacy giving plan, available through Valley Humane Society in partnership with FreeWill, the leader in no-cost estate planning tools that allow individuals to support hundreds of nonprofit organizations working on meaningful issues
