In just a few simple steps, pets can find a loving new home without ever seeing the inside of a shelter. It’s free to use for both guardians and adopters, and gives animals needing a new home the best of both worlds: their current guardian can find the best fit, and their adopter can learn all about their personality and preferences first-hand. It’s a win-win for pets!

Valley Humane Society was started as a community resource for folks who needed to find a new home for their dog or cat, but didn’t want to take them to the shelter. Today we take animals out of those same shelters, helping to alleviate overcrowding and reduce euthanasia. Valley Humane espouses life-long pet guardianship, but we know from many years of experience that life sometimes throws hard curve balls. With Compassion being one of our core values, we want to cultivate a thriving, judgment-free experience fostering tolerance and respect for all.
