Purrthagoras

Mar 22, 2024

Yoti came to Valley Humane as Purrthagoras last November. She was about 3 months old and was diagnosed with a heart murmur, though her heart was functioning well besides that. Purrthagoras spent a few months in a loving foster family before moving back to Kitty City, where her health problem didn’t deter her adopters from taking her home and making her part of the family.

They sent us an email last month to let us know how it’s been going, and it sounds like Purrthagoras is thriving! She gets along with her cat sister, playing with her in the cat tunnel for hours.

We are so happy for you, Purrthagoras! Keep playing and having fun with your new family!

Have you recently adopted a VHS dog or cat? Let us know how things are going! Send your cutest, clearest photos and all those adorable details about life with your new best friend to adoptions@valleyhumane.org. Be sure to include your first and last name and your pet’s VHS name (if known).

Your stories and photos will show others that happiness and love may be found with a rescued animal, and encourage them to consider adopting their next pet. VHS may use the items you send in print or online, in The Scoop e-newsletter, program brochures, donor mailings, social media, or other materials. Items may be edited for length, content, and/or quality.
