Doritos is a 5-month-old mixed breed puppy bringing bold flavor to Valley Humane Society in Pleasanton. With a striking black and tan coat and a personality that blends sweet and spicy in all the right ways, this 13-pound pup is the ultimate snack-sized sidekick for your family.
Doritos and his brothers arrived at Valley Humane in February after being transferred from Stockton Animal Services, where they had been found as strays. Since then, Doritos has spent six weeks with a wonderful foster family, where he made great progress on house training and showed off his mellow, easygoing temperament. He’s the kind of puppy who’s just happy to hang out by your side.
As the mild-mannered middle brother of the Chips litter, Doritos brings a perfectly balanced energy. He’s playful when the moment calls for it and content to chill when things wind down. At 13 pounds and expected to stay under 24 pounds fully grown, he’s a great fit for apartments, smaller homes, or anyone looking for a compact companion with a big personality.
Doritos’ brother Pringles has already found his new home, but if you’re craving a different flavor, brother Cheetos is also still available and looking for his person. Whether you go bold with Doritos or dangerously cheesy with Cheetos, you’re walking away with a great chip.
Doritos’ adoption fee is $250. He has already been neutered, microchipped, and received age-appropriate vaccines. Ready to add some zest to your life? Call (925) 426-8656 or email info@valleyhumane.org to start the adoption process today. You can also complete the Adoption Inquiry Form.
