She’s a six-year-old mixed breed pup with a big heart, a love of fetch, and a way of making the people around her feel like the luckiest ones in the room. Who Is Sammy?

At 43 pounds, Sammy is energetic, affectionate, and genuinely fun to be around. She loves being active and will happily join you on outdoor adventures, but she’s equally content curling up with her people at the end of the day. She gives great cuddles. Fetch is her love language. If you enjoy throwing a ball, she will enjoy finding it, forever.

A Little Background

Sammy was originally adopted from Valley Humane Society as a puppy and came back to us in January 2026 when her household circumstances changed. She’s house trained, leash trained, and crate trained, and she’s ready to pour all of that good energy into a new home of her own.

The Right Fit

Because Sammy has a strong prey drive, she’s recommended as the only pet in the home, without dogs or cats. She’ll do best with someone who can give her consistent activity, focused attention, and a whole lot of love. In return, you’ll get a loyal, devoted companion who’s in your corner every single day.
